Q&A
- Trying to find a replacement battery for this monitor, looked at the manual and typed in what battery they said it was and nothing comes up
- The HDS2 is a sealed unit that comes with a pre-installed battery. You cannot change the battery.
- Does this come with a Uk plug or isit American?
- All our monitors sold in the UK come standard with the UK Adapter.
- Can I the camera be mounted on the wall for a better view from above the room?
- sure, we provide a wall mounting kit
- Does the range extend outside. I run a dog kennel and if I'm in the yard will the range still work ? I have bought baby monitors before that would disconnect if I went outside so I am skeptical about making this purchase for that reason.
- That depends on the distance and also on how many walls or other objects there are between the parent unit and the camera.
- Where can I find the product manual online?
- right here: https://babysense.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021457960-Babysense-HD-S2-User-Manual
